We inform you of the Bank transaction time
for certain types of transactions for individuals, starting from 09:00:
1. Operations held in branches/departments of the Bank:
a. Outgoing transfers in national and foreign currencies – until 16.00;
b. Withdrawal/replenishment of current accounts via the Bank cash desks – until 18.00;
c. Credit cards replenishment via the Bank cash desks – until 17:00;
2.Transactionsin the remote access system for individuals:
a. Outgoing transfers in national and foreign currencies— until 15.45;
b. Credit/debit card replenishment – until 18.00;
3. Crediting of incoming transfers in foreign currency — until 16.30.
4. Crediting of incoming transfers in national currency — until19.00.
5. Crediting of incoming transfers from card to card (P2P) — until 18.00.
6. Credit card debt /loans redemption via ATMs/terminals – until 18.00 of the business day.
7. Creditcardsdebtreplenishmentviacardtocardtransfers (P2P) – up to 3 (three) business days.
Transactions carried out later than the Banktransaction time for certain types of transactions will be processed by the Bank on the next business day.
Transaction time for transactions not specified above – from 09.00 till 18.00.
