Altyn-i Digital Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) informs you that in order to increase the level of security and reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions, the Bank has established the following values of standard limits on card transactions:

- Additional one-time password required for secure Internet payments;
- The Customer/Holder of an Additional Card is responsible for making card transactions using a Bank Card, including an additional Card, on the Internet, not confirmed by the 3D Secure/Secure Code password entry, except for card transactions performed at the trade enterprise (services), not participating in 3D Secure/MasterCard SecureCode programs and the consequences arising from the disconnection of the Verified by Visa or SecureCode service;
● The Bank informs you that, in addition to the above standard limits, other banks may have their own restrictions, limits on servicing payment cards of other banks by type of transaction, amount of transaction, and currency.
● The Bank informs the Client that when the Client changes the standard limits on card transactions, the Client assumes all the risks and consequences associated with them due to changes in the standard limits on card transactions and in the future the Bank has the right to consider that card transactions on the current account conducted by the Cardholder are carried out with the consent of the Client
● According to the Banking Package Contract, in order to increase the level of security, prevent fraudulent transactions, the Bank is entitled to set, change the above standard limits on card transactions at any time, unilaterally, and also to reject/limit/block any card transactions/cards for an unlimited period of time without notice and consent of the Customer.
