Altyn Bank is going to support customers during emergency rule

“In connection with the introduction of the emergency rule in the country, Altyn Bank is up and ready to support the customers who end up in a financial distress.

The Bank will provide payment grace period on unsecured and secured loans for a period of one month to individuals borrowing in Nur-Sultan and Almaty who have no arrearsas of March 18, 2020. All necessary procedures will be carried out by the bank independently. Issues related to servicing loans by legal entities-customers of Altyn Bank will be resolved on accrual basis, individually with each borrower.

Against the background of quarantine, the main priorities for Altyn Bank are ensuring security, taking care of the health of our customers, partners and employees, maintaining the quality of the services provided. Since Altyn Bank is a digital bank, we offer Kazakhstanis service via remote channels 24/7. Customers can use the services of Altyn-i Digital Bank for individuals and Altyn Online for legal entities. Starting March 19, 2020, in connection with quarantine, the Altyn Bank branch in Nur-Sultan, the bank branch in the AIFC and all bank branches in Almaty will be closed in order to reduce risks for our clients and employees associated with the need to be in public places including in bank branches. Ample opportunities of online services for individuals and legal entities will be available to the customers.

Altyn Bank branch offices in Aktau, Atyrau and Shymkent will work Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm local time with the exception of weekends from March 21 to March 25. Sanitary and disinfection measures have been tightened in their premises. We ask customers to be vigilant, to put on masks and apply antiseptic agents when in public places.

Altyn Bank customers can use the ATM of any bank in Kazakhstan. The largest Halyk Bank ATM network including those with the Cash-In function, operates as usual.
