Responsibilities

• Develop a platform for managing support requests, critical incidents and issues
• Interact with product teams
• Measure business process performance indicators
• Automate and simplify the receipt of information
• Conduct deep analysis of processes, identify bottlenecks
• Drive the development of reporting

Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL and Python at a good level
• Work experience as a business or system analyst for at least 1 year
• Proactivity and dedication. (Come with ideas, solve problems, help the team become cooler)
• System thinking, developed logic, the ability to get to the bottom of problems
• The ability to dive into technical details and quickly navigate processes
